South Schenectady Fire Department is currently taking reservations for the rental of our outdoor pavillion and our indoor banquet hall, for the year 2008-2009.

Note that we do not double book our facilities. If either the community room or pavillion has been booked for any given date, no more bookings will be taken for that date. Rental of the facilities are booked on a first come-first served basis, pending receipt of a signed contract and deposit.

Anyone interested may download and print a copy of the required rental agreement. All terms and conditions are stated within the agreement. Once this form is completed, you will need to set up an appointment to meet with our department booking representative. ~ e-mail ~
